    Marina is the backbone of the company: financially astute, strategically strong, and always keeping a close eye on the bigger operational picture. With more than 30 years of industry experience, she knows exactly what works – and knows every event inside out, as if she had planned it herself.

  • Annabelle Flechsig

    Director of Sales & Marketing

    Annabelle oversees Sales, Marketing and Business Development while leading the Berlin office. Always looking ahead, she combines strategic thinking with creativity and a clear vision to drive growth and build new partnerships.

  • Lars Flechsig

    Director of Logistics, Co-Owner

    Lars is the team’s logistical all-rounder – pragmatic, solution-oriented and always in the middle of the action. Present at almost every event, he keeps a clear overview even at large-scale productions, whether it’s production, transportation or complex event operations.
