Planning and Enquiries

Ideally, we need the destination, preferred dates, estimated number of participants, event format, required services, program expectations and an approximate budget range. Information about the audience and the objectives of the event also helps us develop relevant recommendations.

For larger conferences, incentives and multi-day events, we recommend contacting us at least five to twelve months in advance. Major trade-show periods and peak event dates may require an even longer lead time. Short-notice requests can be reviewed depending on availability and complexity.
